Ok, I've been haveing dreams about my hometown and I don't know why, I haven't lived there in 6 years and haven't visited in 3 yrs.
Here's my dream:
I'm sleeping in bed beside this big guy, I woke up and jumped out of bed and said "WTF are you doing here?" I have a blanket wrapped around me because I'm naked for some reason. The bedroom is my old room from my hometown, and the room looks the same as it did when I was living there, (walls are dark purple, posters all over the walls, messy a little bit), I walked out of the room into the hallway where I can't see into the other 2 bedrooms or the bathroom. Where the hallway ends we had a counter at the end when I lived there but in the dream it was changed, there was a fridge there now. I saw into the livingroom and the rug was lifted and now it was just a wooden floor. I continued walking towards the sink and counter. There was a gang of people sitting at the table in front of me and when they saw me yelled "surprise!" I backed up into the counter behind me and said "What the...", After that I woke up.
I know its not much of a dream, but it's been a few weeks now that I have been having different dreams about my hometown and was wondering if it meant something or not. I looked it up in my books but never found too much.

Ok, I've been haveing dreams about my H-O-M-E-T-O-W-N and I don't know why, I haven't lived there in 6 years and haven't visited in 3 yrs. Here's my dream: I'm sleeping in bed beside this big guy, I woke up and jumped out of bed and said "WTF are you doing here?" I have a blanket wrapped around me because I'm naked for some reason. The bedroom is my old room from my The Cemetarytown, and the room looks the same as it did when I was living there, (walls are dark purple, posters all over the walls, messy a little bit), I walked out of the room into the hallway where I can't see into the other 2 bedrooms or the bathroom. I know its not much of a dream, but it's been a few weeks now that I have been having different dreams about my The Cemetarytown and was wondering if it meant something or not. I looked it up in my books but never found too much. Okay, this is my interpretation and, as always, I feel it's my responsibility to tell you that I am not a professional in any way, shape or form. Although I'm apparently quite good at this, so, here I go. Okay, the part about being naked...Nakedness is often connected to vulnerabilty, or perhaps being 'on show', so you might be either feeling vulnerable, or you might have accidentally (or purposefully) revealed something to someone, maybe a secret. However, this part depends on the guy. If it's someone you know, like a friend, then this could be the person who has found out (or been told about) ehatever has been revealed. Or he could be the one you feel vulnerable around. (Or, depedning on who he is, you could be thinking bad things about him ) Being in your old house is interesting, as it could (in my unprofessional opinion) mean one of two very different things. As I've said before, houses or buildings (or even towns, mazes, ancient ruins almost all manmade areas.) can usually represent your mind, or yourself. So ebing in your old home could mean that you're thinking about things you haven't thought about in a long time. Some of your opinions and feelings are the same, but a lot of things have changed, and it looks like there are a lot of surprises instore, maybe if you think more about things, you'll find things you never notcied about yourself. Or possibly, it could actually be your old house. Maybe you've been thinking about something lately, old memories from where you used to live. Again, maybe some of your feelings have changed, and maybe you've found out some things you never knew. Hope this helps. As usual, I'm not a professional, so take what I say with a pinch of salt. And this time, I'm not just an amatuer, I'm a TIRED amatuer. Good luck to everyone out there.

Yay! Cosmo!!!
The good news is, I named my nickel Philip! And the bad news? It's a GIRL nickel!!!
I've had a lot of dreams like that, and like I've said, I'm no expert, but I think I've figured out what these things mean.
I used to have a lot of dreams in which I was this one man I used to be utterly obsessed with .
We have a lot of things in common, we were both nerdy, both outcats, both shy, both romantic, we acted almost the same down to our mannerisms (he even twitches like me!) and accents. (British with a small hint of American pronunciation) (Think Roddy McDowell/McDowall)(That dude from Batman and Planet of the Apes) (You know the one I mean) YES YOU BL**DY WELL DO!!!)
I think, that you think about Cosmo so much, that you might be starting to share some common traits with him, maybe you act sillier than usual, maybe you have a pet nickel, I really don't know.

MadWorrydreamtrial! You hit the nail on the head! ;D That was my thoughts! but I doubt it would be true since I have alot of dreams like that before. I do feel that I do have some triats such as sillyness( I like being silly with my siggies and Avators ) I have had a habit of calling Nickels Phillip and saying "Riggght" in that tone. You should be a Dream analyist!

Wana have a go at my dream?
I was in school crying (like usually) but everyone kept coming up to me and just staring at me and not saying anything and it scared me. I noticed something was wrong with me and that my skin was see through and purple (like normal...lol only worse than normal in the dream) and some person I didnt know pushed me to my school guidence counselors office. At that point I apologized over and over becuase previously (in realfe) i promised my guidence counselor i wouldnt come back to her office crying. but this person pushed me there and it wasnt my fault. So I was there all purple and she told me she wasnt real. I didnt understand...and i turned around and turned back around and saw noone was there I was in her office still but when I walked out I was in a hallway with mirrors in it and TV screens too. and I didnt know how to get out so instead I just sat in the corner in a little curled up position really small (like my knees to my head and chest) and just cried for a long time. I was also really cold....thats all I remember

I was also really cold....thats all I remember I'll be glad to!!! As usual, I am not a professional and therefore...yadda-yadda-yadda-blabbity-blabbity-blah. And a whoop-di-doo to you! Okie-dokie, Yo-ho-ho, Hop hop hop, And away I go!! Right...the first part seems rather literal to me, crying and no-one helping you. I think (emphasis on the word THINK), that someone or something has been bothering you, and to you it seems that people are just ignoring you when you need help or consolence. This could very well be the case, but I get this small feeling that perhaps some of these people are SCARED. (And from some of the posts I've read in other areas of the board, I'd say this isn't too far off) (Really sorry if I sound arrogant.) Rather than not wanting to help you, this person/people DON'T KNOW HOW to help you, either that, or they're too scared to find out. The purple part, well, you told me about your hand turning purple, and I think it's been worrying you quite a lot. (Sorry if this part doesn't say much, but I'm sure it's just being worried about your skin). Being shoved into the counselor's room, especially when you're crying, could be a sign of being forced to do something, even though you're not exactly in a good state. When people in dreams tell us they aren't real, or other things that seem detached from reality. (Usually it's just an ominous comment like "The game's over...for you." or something else 'cinematic' like in a film. But sometimes it can be really trippy Alice in Wonderland-y stuff.) It's often a sign of our mind knowing that you're dreaming. But other times, it can mean different things, depending on what people say. Sorry to be a real idiot, but I've thought on it for a long time and I'm still unsure what your counselor's words meant. (You're on your own in that aspect, sorry ) Like I've said, before, mirrors can mean a lot of things. -Self analysis (Looking at yourself in a mirror) -Gateways to other places and planes (Through the looking glass) -Opposites (A mirror reflection) And many other things. But you didn't mention looking into any of the mirrors, and I kind of get this image. (This is just what appears to me when I read your description) A dark-ish hallway, with mirrors dotted here and there. And TVs stacked on each other like in an electronics shop. But the TVs all blare out static. This doesn't have anything to do with my analysis though, just going off track there. (Maybe I've been playing too much Silent Hill lately) Anyway, the final part of your dream feels like you're giving up. Not in a bad way, not at all. But being overwhelmed by all the pain and sadness of whatever's going on. Just wanting to collapse into a heap in a dark corner with something nice (Maybe Inferno?). As unhelpful as it sounds, we all feel like that to a lesser or greater degree. You just need to not l;et the weight of the world break your back. (I hope you'll feel better soon *hug*, you know I'm always here to talk). Sorry if this analysis was a little breif this time.
