wingedgothgrl-- I would love to know more about the past life regression and stone healing. This sounds very interesting! I honestly don't know much about past life regression as I went to someone who put me into a kind of trance. There are professionals who do this. I suggest you get some books on it. You could google it. Sorry. I hope that helped at least a little bit.As for Stone Healing...well, It has alot to do with your Chakra's. Each Chakra has a corrosponding colour and stone. I always put one on my third eye. I use a an uncut Moonstone for my third eye. Or Amethyst. I put a stone over any part of my body that corrosponds to whatever it is I need to rid myself of or attract to me. Red for the base or root Chakra; Central theme: stability, the will to live, self-preservation,sense of trust and security, groundness. Blue for the throat Chakra; Central theme: communication, verbal ability, inspiration, truthfulness, intelligence, synthesis, creativity, musical talent. Green for the Heart Chakra; Central theme: love, compassion, humanity, empathy, tolerance, openness, warm-heartedness. Yellow for the navel Chakra; Central theme: willpower, self-confidence, personality, self-development, self-control, feelings, sensitivity. Orange for the sacrel Chakra (where your sacrum is); Central theme: sexuality, sensuality, fertility, creative-life energy. Purple for the forehead or Thirdeye Chakra; Central theme: intuition, wisdom, realization, awareness, fantasy, power of the imagination. And Violet, White or Gold for the crown Chakra; Central theme: spirituality, experience of higher planes, knowledge of a God/Goddess, enlightenment, self-realization, cosmic consciousness, religiosity.. Any stone that has these colors will work. Then you lay down, place the stones where you want them and visualise the stone. The color of the stone. Feel that color surrounding you, enveloping you. You breathe in it. It's like a cloud or a fog around you. Breathe very deeply thru your nose only. Fill your lungs till they feel they might burst but then let it out as slowly and quietly as you can. Do this until you feel you don't need to breathe at all. Trust me , this will happen and it's perfectly natural. And then just let your body relax and let your mind take you where you need to be healed. Do it as often as you like. You'll soon see the benefits. Also books. I have many books on this. One that I LOVE love love is called....A Handbook of Chakra Healing by Kalashatra Govinda and also Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Crystal Gem and Metal Magic by Scott Cunningham (who was awesome btw, and I highly recommend anything else he's written.) They are both very good starters. I stay meditating on the colors/stones/affected places/energies, until my body says otherwise. It's not good to interrupt something like that. So turn your phones off, no tv, maybe some soft music with no words (I can recommend loads) and enjoy.

wow thats an impressive list! I cant meditate, I've tried but I find it really difficult to clear my mind. In your opinion what do you think is more effective, spell casting or positive visualisation? Thank you! and to answer your question~ to properly cast a spell you have to use visualisation, so I'd say visualisation. That's the first step to all spiritual teachings. Focus on one thing and ride that thought. Let it fill you and bubble over. I always imagine a glass full to the brim of what it is I want/need. I swim in that over-full cup and let it wash over me. It really works and is quite surreal. Then I cast my spell. But this is after I have cast my circle and all the preliminaries are completed. To meditate, I always play soft ethereal or otherworldly music that has no words..I let my mind be the words. I let my mind run it's course because it's near impossible to NOT think. So let it go, and let it go freely. First, I light a candle (usually in a corresponding color to my mood or wants) in a darkened room and sit up tall and really feel everything around me and within me. I do a body inventory..I feel my toes, my ankles, me shins, my knees, thighs, butt, belly, back, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, chest, lungs, heart, neck, tongue, lips, cheeks, nose, eyes, forehead, ears, hair. I deliberately become aware of these things about me , and then I let them go. i do lots and lots and lots of breathing techniques. It's called Pranayama. It's extremely effective and I always feel and look great after I'm done. Then I'm gone, into another place. It Is WONDERFUL!!! And when I come back, I almost glow. Everyone does. You can always tell. It's so wonderful because EVERYONE has the ability to do this. But not many people know it or even care. We are magic beings...everone of us. Thanks for your info! Another quick question about your spell work... I used to practice but then it got to a point due to other things going on I found I wasnt strong enough mentally or emotionally to continue - not to mention that one of my closest friends is overseas now and I no longer have someone to sound my thoughts/feelings on. Do you write your own spells or do you customize other spells you've come across. I'm interested in starting up again (slowly getting back into it) but as I mentioned my partner in crime is overseas and all over our things were boxed away and hidden at her parents place... as you can imagine I dont want to ask them to go looking for this box. I wanted to use a visual technique I used to have to make contact with someone. I always like to have something to use as a guide, let my mind wrap around out then take it from there... have i blabbed on long enough?

I use all kinds of words in my spells, some I always use, and some I make up as I go along. I do whatever feels right for the moment, but I write everything down later in my BOS~ Book Of Shadows. You should keep a complete record of all spells used and then the outcomes if there are any. This gets easier to do as time passes. And you weren't babbling at all hunny. I'm sorry your things were hidden. It's a shame, people fear what they don't understand. But keep it up, if you feel your on the right path for you, don't let anyone tell you differently.
