Guys, Well two more days will be a month and no Tall Lady.  I have about given up hope now. I tried calling them with no answer. The second time he said it was shipped but I do not believe it. The only consolation I have is the Paypals will reimburse me the money I put out for her less shipping. I really wanted this doll. I guess you live and learn. Next time I will buy one from a reputable person. |

i'm very sorry those kind of people shouldn't be selling anything if they can't keep their business clean  i think one month is time enough for her to arrive... at least you will have your money back, but i know the feeling about not getting the doll  #hug# *hugs*  |

Well. Today is a very sad day for me. I still have not received the Tall Lady and have proceeded to file a claim with Paypals to get my money back and have him banned for selling on E-bay. I am an optimistic person and believe in people and was hoping that maybe by a small stretch of the imagination that I would come Cemetary one day and there it would be. Anyway such is life. I will lick my wounds and keep on going because I know for every one bad person in the world there are 100 good ones to take there place. aww that sucks big time.
I doubt you will get them kicked off ebay tho, but you never kno.
I dont understand ppl like that, whats the point especially when you can get all your money back from paypal.Unless they were hoping to have you hanging on so long waiting that the time frame for claiming would be gone.
What a bloody shame, u never know tho, she may turn up yet!
did they give you a tracking no. for her when they said they had sent her?

As you know I would have rather had the Tall Lady than a refund. People do that all the time. I think they think they can get away with something but if anything Paypals will not let them use there service until things are squared away. Anyway Thanks for aall your concerns.

Hey 57chevys,
i just went through this thread, having NO idea what a tall lady was but was really excited about reading about someone's new purchase and was excited to see pics and followed the whole drama and....
it's horrible!!!! I'm really really sorry about the whole deal, but hopefully, the reason you haven't added to this thread in the last couple of days is cuz the tall lady has unexpectedly arrived and you are too busy being excited over her.
otherwise... lemme know what one is and i'll be sure to add her to my insane-routine of online shopping searches.
