not technically a band, more of a hidden track! lol my BFS album, drunk enough to dance, was playing nothing and it was on like track 27 when there's only about 16 on the Album, anyway it switches over to track 28 and theres a hidden accoustic version of Belgium, and it sounds amazing!!!!!!!!

Obsession as of two monthes ago would be My Ruin, by the graceful hands of Stephanie. She (Steph) is kind of amazing, you know? As are My Ruin. They're insanely awesome. The end. But anyway, my dad played me Helen Love the other day... really cool punk-ish electronic-ish chick band. Kinda of like a mix of the Ramones and Le Tigre, but faster, and with more bubble gum. Debbie Loves Joey is the best

I just thought that everyone should know about Suicide City. One reason is because they are amazing, and two is that if I don't spread the word, Karl will kill me. But, yeah, they're amazing. I saw them when they toured with MSI and I've seen them 5 times since (and I'm not just saying 5 as a guesstimation). I'll be seeing them 2 more times in April. But, yes. If you like Kittie, they sound nothing like them, but the exbassist, Jennifer Arroyo, is in the band. And, Billy Graziadei, former member of Biohazard, is in it, too. If either of those bands catch your eye or are a part of your CD collection. They're amazing live, and amazing to hang out with. Tons of fun and sweat. www.myspace.com/suicidecity

I know I'm painfully slow, but I finally got around to downloading At The Gates last night. They influenced a bunch bands that I like (namely Himsa and Darkest Hour... I swear I'm not obsessed.) and they're really worth checking out.

My latest discovery is Suicide Ali - a Japanese indies band. They've just released their first CD, I think overseas people can only get it by download though. >< But you can hear their music on their website. Also I've recently discovered the French bands, Indochine and Noir Désir, they are pretty good.

Eveness! i-def-i ROCK! I have plans to marry their bassist... (I've seen them 5 times ) most recent discovery for me has been Twin Zero, I knew about the band vaugley for a while, as their singer used to be in one of my favourite bands (Earthtone9) But I never actually got round to listening to anything by them... Oh my word. CHECK THEM OUT. www.myspace.com/twinzeroTwo drummers, keyboardist, heavy geetars and the most haunting vocals in metal. They'll never be ET9...but they're still amazing.
