I didn't use markeers. I used watered down paint to do it. its a long process to do it you have to make sure not to make the hair crusty and that sorts. Steph, I'll try my best the next time I talk to her. she is at college and has no computer access right now.

wow that process sounds like it takes lots of dedication - you sound like you are well on your way to being a customs expert!

Nah! Im not a customs expert. I have only done a few such as a custom Fv Penny for my friend Joann, Candy Rotten for my friend Kristina, a remade Hollywood named Chastity for my friend Aimee, a repainted Dahlia of my one that looks like through hell and back, and the fv eggy custom along with butchered Barbies and Begoths along the way lol:)

that's still way ahead of me - i really need to pick up some acrylic paint asap. do you know what kind of things customizers use to seal the paint once it is on? i am going to search the main ldd site, too just to check.

Some just Glossy sealers that is what I use and others matte. Glossy sealers are really great when doing "blood" on a doll and it gives it a real wet look and some use gloss to the eyes to give it a realistic sheen.: )
