I think that I may have mentioned in a few threads here and there on the site that my Dad has bought Eggy for me for my birthday which is in March NEXT YEAR... so I stare longingly at her hidden in a brown box (the one she arrived in) on top of a cupboard in our office/dinning area where she will remain until my birthday. I also mentioned that as a cruel joke he offered to get Posey for me now and keep her in her brown box until Christmas NEXT YEAR, but I couldnt bring myself to do it - I just dont feel like I can wait until March for Eggy to finally join the family, let alone wait for Posey until next christmas. It came to my attention a few days ago that the number one dolls on my wishlist were on ebay - dolls that I seriously have no way of paying for even if layaway went for 6 months - theres just no way, but I put the auction in my watch list to see how much it eventually sold for. My dad repeated his offer of keeping said auction hidden until next christmas - I thought he was joking. I let him go ahead with the auction and didnt think anything of it because I knew alot of people would be interested, and he'd lose for sure. He didnt. I cried when I saw he won them, yes they will be kept hidden but they will be *in* my house. I never ever thought that I would ever *own* these dolls. I'm sorry for making this so long - I'm just feeling a little overwhelmed & over emotional (you have no idea what my dad can be like - it's a shock)... of 999 mine are #126

i know they are - if it wasnt for the fact that my dad was having a *nice* day then I would never have them. I could never afford them! This was the first set I asked Bob about before I bought anything off him...

awww thankyou both :love: :love: I think thats definately one of the hardest things, we all love these dolls but when it comes down to it we're competition too - so there's a side of me that feels guilty for having won them (when I'm only just starting my collection) and the other side of me... well that side passed out lol ;D I think that they are my fav set - then abby n graves then died n doom so...

abby & graves are two of my fav dolls also [she is beautiful], also died & doom & the twins. but luckily for me i don't really like red sin min soooooo much. i mean, if i had to choose between died & doom and the red sin min i would choose died & doom... i just love the theme and the details

but red sin min is a gorgeous set... very detailed, very exclusive and very hard to get them

Don´t feel guilty, I haven´t got enough money now for them, I am very happy for you!!!!!!!!

I remember when I got Eggy, I jumped up and down..same when I got Posey...but I also have a Red Sin Min & Bad Habit and when I got those...well, hunny, you could say I freaked out, but that would be putting it mildly. Here's a pic of my Red Sin Min & Bad Habit #905, and yes they are opened. Not by me tho..I bought them used....they are sooo cool!!! Yay for you!!!!!!!!!!!
