I wasn't sure where to put this so I put it here. So um... I have design lessons 3 hours a week and we do 5 different courses a year. I'm on my last course this year and I have 4 weeks left (i think) and my problem is my teacher. I feel really uncomfortable around him, and he knows because I'm not too good at hiding it. It's the uncomfortable you feel when you're near someone who you don't like but they're trying to 'hit on' you or if you're out and someone looks at you in a certain way. I don't know what to do, I'm so useless at this course that he always comes over to help me with my work. I've told one person and they thought I just didn't like the lessons, should I tell someone else? or should I just carry on as it is? And If I tell someone should I ask my yearhead if I can take a different class instead of this design course? I don't know what to do!

if you are completely sure he is hitting on you or acting to close... then you should tell someone. if you're not comfortable going straight to an adult mabye tell one of your friends and ask them to speak to an adult. but that really sucks cause it sorta puts you in an akward position. anyways try telling someone...that does work

I don't think he acctually IS doing anything like that, but that's how it feels. It's difficult because he isn't acctually doing anything, It's just a sort of feeling I get. But it's the same feeling as I would get if he was.

Eve you should definetly seek help but do it just so someone you trust knows to keep an eye out on him. you dont have to make it a big deal or anything but tell someone. wow im sounding like a mum No seriously *nods* my old photography teacher used to look at me like he was undressing me with his eyes. it was horrible. He got fired becuase I wasnt the only one who thought this. Even if there is nothing wrong with him and hes perfectly normal and not hitting on you it doesnt matter becuase hwat matters is your level of comfert and how you percieve his actions or looks. The result of you feeling freaked is what matters-not if it is justified or not from his stance. You are entitled to what ever you feel and that is most important to keep a hold of. Be safe sweetie! xx

good idea... and one thing i've noticed when talking to adults about something serious is try not to do it in a whiny one....just calmly explain the situation and how it makes you feel. although i'm sure you'd do that anyways
