You guys ever heard of "coffin dolls". I think they are sold in Au and uk but im not certain. They look like totall LDD rip-offs to me!  |

I would say that they are customs. If they are knock offs though I would buy a bunch of them. I don't find many knock offs of anything in the area where I live though.

they are actually pretty rare i think. I cant find them anywhere online other than those two on ebay. Ive never felt them in real life but they seem a lot like LDDs. approx 10 inchs tall too.

never seen them before in my life except on ebay....i think they are hideous...no match 4 LDD's!

I have seen these on ebay before, never seen any stores w/ them but i guess they are not in the US? I did a search for "coffin dolls" on ebay but only LDD's came up. edit: today i was looking for something else and saw these dolls being sold on a uk site: www.witchinghour.biz/index.php?cPath=33here they are not called coffin dolls, but it is def them. if they were cheap i might pick one up as a novelty item, but they are so expensive it is ridiculous! |

Yeah that price is ridiculous. I guess they are trying to make appear those are well sought after when in reality they aren't so great.

ive seen then on ebay a few times myself, but never seen them in any shops around my area either.

Weird! I like "Slasher" though. It was only a matter of time until there was a more obvious LDD ripoff. More obvious than BEgoth and KK anyway.  |

I quite agree^^. I was surprised there wasn't more complaints like that when they first released them...I love the Dollies so much but my secret is ...I don't really like KK. But I REALLY want to LOL.

those coffin dollies have been around on ebay.co.uk for the best part of two years with most of them going for around £12.99 and sometimes one seller had the whole series for around £25 for them all.
They are very similar to LDD's but i think they have their own charm too, they would be ideal for customs. Never seen one in real life tho so dont kno what the quality is like but then some of the LDD's have quality issues themselves.
I remember when i first saw them on ebay i contacted the seller to ask if they were customs of LDD's but got told that they were a series of dolls in their own right.
Ive never really seen them anywhere else but on ebay.co.uk and on internet sites relating to sellers from ebay.
But they are kinda cute tho and if they hadnt packaged them in coffins they mite have got away without having the "rip off LDD" tag they have aquired
just had a look at that site some one posted a link to, shes sells on ebay too, tho i have never seen them at that price before, i mean why buy one of those are nearly £40 when you can get an LDD for less than that. The £24.99 price tag for some of them is reasonable as most LDD's sell for that here in the shops.
