There is some amazing talent here  ... I'm no poet but I've always loved writing, unfortunately it wasnt overly encouraged at my place and I couldnt really afford to continue with it  . I did a cheap journalism course - which taught me nothing. I submitted quite a few articles online but I never took it any further. I love it! your a great writer. dont be hesitant to post things besides poetry here. A good friend of mine writes articles and a lot of book and music critiques that are brilliant. Also he writes for album inserts and stories. this writing section is not limited to poetry. your writing is brilliant!

I'm a vegetarian... and reading that.. it made me so sad. Your words really captured exactly what was going on and it was straight and too the point. With hints of passion. Great Stuff

I'm a vegetarian... and reading that.. it made me so sad. Your words really captured exactly what was going on and it was straight and too the point. With hints of passion. Great Stuff Thankyou! I really appreciate hearing that... I used to write alot of animal cruelty articles - the first I wrote for my course was about the dancing bears, another about shark finning. I'm not a vegetarian and I do wear leather - but I am against any kind of pointless killing. :love: thanks again for both of your comments guys  |

That's amazing!! I'm vegetarian too...and that article you wrote...i think I felt my jaw drop when you wrote about how the animals are killed.
It's a very touching article....It's a shame you couldn't continue further with your journalism.

It's a very touching article....It's a shame you couldn't continue further with your journalism. thankyou :love: I could I guess atm its just an issue of time and starting to challenge myself again, I feel like when I sit down to write because I miss it, my mind draws a complete blank now... just the other day I sat here contemplating the spelling of "was", thinking I was definately spelling it wrong! lmao how can I write when I have issues spelling words like was now?!  Plus my dad isnt really supportive of my writing, I dont think hes ever even read something I've written (its stupid, I feel like Im still trying to prove myself to him - even though I'll be 24 soon). He thinks I should find a job that'll pay lots of money, he cant understand that I write because I love it not because of what it pays... jesus childhood regression lol what a book that'd make! |

very impressive, i like it. i'm into the issue since i did some reviews for university about animal cruelty, including bullfighting. i'm spanish, but i totally hate it: plus now there is a new polemic, because some journalists discovered that sometimes the bulls are under the effect of drugs. but even with that they still can feel all the pain, during hours [sometimes it takes a long time to kill the bull]. i'm getting out of the point... when it's about animal cruelty i could talk & talk & talk. i totally hate it  you should continue writing, mainly for yourself. don't waste your talent & do what you like to do :love: |
