I actually wrote a rap 
you say face yourself
Im a disgrace to myself
Cant list a single thing
I like about myself
It doesnt matter to me
if Im lost inside
Becuase Id rather die than find
Another oppertunity to hide
its all i seem to do to get away
I run, and hide, I close my eyes and pray
I say, you cant seem to face yourself today
Its the suicidal this way
this is the sickness which grows inside.
