Paint a picture and tell me a story with colour
Paint the sun and birds, and three flowers
A painting can say a thousand words...
From the darkness of nights to a happy singing bird.
Take the brush and colour strokes of peace and smiles,
Draw a picture that makes me think,one that takes me miles.
I want to look at art, a place non other than my own...
An image of love, that shows me different tones.
Take me away, a play...a show...a daydream
Something to gaze and look at, to never see violence in this peaceful theme.
A sun to show me the light and a river that gently flows,
Art is always connected to life, a painting is what i chose.
It makes me happy to see a painting,a drawing,a sketch,just to take me away,
Because when i think, just a moment to see myself there,it lights up my day.
So for me paint a picture that i can see,
A peaceful place, just you and me....
