I'm so sad...I recently won this dress off of ebay, it FINALLY arrives and doesn't fit 
I paid $13 which I would like to get back for it, this price includes shipping *if it's overseas however I'd have to charge an extra $2 just because it's more expensive, sorry =/*. the photographs and measurements below were taken by me, if you have any questions feel free to ask. I have feedback on ebay under fallgirl23 but it's not much since I rarely use ebay.
I can take checks, money orders or VERY well concealed cash *when I go this route I usually fold it inside the paper with my contact info and then fold that inside a piece of construction paper then put that into the envelope*

33" in length from shoulders to hem [laying flat]
38" waist [laying flat, personally I think it's slightly smaller than this but I can't say for sure]
one thing I noted was that there's a safety pin inside the front, I can only assume this is keeping the white bow on the front straight. if you want a picture of this just ask. I also noted that this would look absolutely ADORABLE with a thick piece of white ribbon or some sort of material wrapped around the waist, concealing the small bow on the front, and tied in a bow in the back.
