I cant keep up with new members!

I like to PM each member with a personal welcome message as to tell them im the admin and whatnot, but I just cant seem to keep up. People seem to like getting welcome PMs from me becuase they arent automatic or anything...theres just so many members to keep up with. If any moderators or members would like to volunteer to help me; please reply and we will work SOMETHING out. thanks guys!
