Staff Application Template
your personal subject title when applying should not be called "Staff Application Template" but SHOULD read "Staff Application" Please submit applications/"application messages" as a new thread in the "wake to die" section.
If you do not want to disclose your full application information in the public forum, please post the following "application message" "I would like to apply for a staff posisition. I have PMed you the required information." Then you will PM (instead of post) the following:
Name = Your full name, first and last. Age = If you are 13 or younger need not apply Gender = This is optional Desired Position= the position you are applying for * Mod an already existing board Mod for a new board Admiinastrative assistance Contest host Member managment Other Experience= List any experience you have had as staff on other forums. For example, I moderate a group on myspace.
Additional Comments= Say anything else you would like to say here, including why you are applying. If you want to mod your own board, please specify what type of board you would like to add to Wake To Die's forum
