Member Management Volunteers Needed
Guidelines:
as many people can volunteer under member managment for specific tasks as long as ONE or TWO person oversees the group. If you want to work with one another to alternate weeks or something to that effect, great. What we dont want is for one member recieving 4 happy birthday emails and 5 reminders that he or she hasnt posted in forever. Those who want to oversee a particular task will be considered staff. Please reply to this post if you would like to work with member managment. If you want to do more than one task thats more than welcome. Thanks

-PM babylilith the names of new members so she can create a welcome post
Check the member list frequently. View the list by “top posters” and contact those who have not posted. If their email is hidden, I will disclose it to you. Let them know that they should stop by and visit us.
- If a birthday thread hasn’t been made for a member, one person should volunteer to send a friendly birthday email.
-Should I need a particular password of a member, you would need to get in contact with the member and request their password.
-a group of mods and or members to help you recruit newbies. Leave comments on blogs/myspace , email friends. Please be friendly and do not go spam crazy.
