 omfg Fallen you win for best tat on here hands down! Did you have Alice done in an actual shop though? I'm just wondering bc most places in FL will not tattoo any disney characters (copyright thing or something) and I would post pics of my tat but some of the color has faded dramatically since it has healed  so I'm getting it touched up tomorrow and than I'll be sure to post pics. The night it was done though:

Thanks  I just got it touched up on Monday and it looks way better than when it originally did bc my friend Rob who is the artist shaded the lotus flowers so now the coloring just pops  I can say now though I'm addicted to ink bc I'm already scheduled to get another one done this Friday lol its going to be a dagger along the side of my right thigh. |

thanks for the comments =) I need to get this thing finished up, it's been taking foreeevvvver! I'm going to see how my paycheck is tomorrow and maybe make an appointment for a couple weeks from now. I'm hoping that I only have like 6 more hours to go but we'll see.
gloomcookie~ I definitely had it done in a shop, I've never heard of that before but it doesn't surprise me. apparently a lot of girls come in asking for tinkerbell and my artist justin said that coloring book pages are the best thing to use as the outline for her so I'm assuming they come across disney characters often. plus I'm looking to get snow white done sometime.
also I understand about the color fading, mine did too =/ it's not horrible I just miss how BRIGHT it was when I got it done.

yeah I think the copyright thing is more dominant here in FL or soemthing since Disney well owns half the state lol and Snow White would be awesome are you getting her added in or somewhere else? yeah my tat has faded once again  I never would of thought Red would be such a bitch! but it is for me anyways and the yellow in the center of the flowers in pretty much gone as well so as soon as Rob my artist gets in his new shipment of ink I'll be in the chair once again. Haven't gotten my dagger done yet btw due to financial issues....damn bills! |

I decided to take a break for awhile, I haven't had any work done on my back since july. I had like three sessions in a row and it just takes a toll. I'm going over such sensitive spots I was like okay enough! haha, I'm planning going back probably a little before christmas though. I want to be finished with it, and I can't even imagine how it will look.
it's funny you mentioned having issues with red, I know that's a color people are most allergic to or have the most reactions to. I have a red heart on my inner ankle and the color came out kind of patchy, although I think that was more from the crappy artist who did it. eventually I want to get it touched up/added to.

love it! i see it on amazon.com and online but i dont know where to get it in shops. a lot of people just use lotion or vaseline though
