Skin Care:
In order to keep your face from breaking out as much only wash your face with a cleanser at night or when you know that you are not going to put on any makeup. Because the cleansers open your pores and then you but makeup on it and clog them. So when you know that you are going to put on make up just wash your face with water and soap.
If your skin has a yellowish look (like mine errr), try putting on a pink complexion enhancer. it seems to tone down my skin. I know it seems sort of wierd, but it works. It will take your yellow undertone and make you look a bit more rosy thus yellow seeming more white
If you are like me; wash your face with toothpaste...it stings but *shrug* okay im a bit odd ill admit it try smearing a finger full of toothpaste on your skin as a face mask after using a facial scrub and leave it for a 10 mins, then wash off and moisturise. It makes your skin really tingley and fresh feeling and helps improve your skin tone too. Some say it will make you paler, but fuck it im not pale and ive done this every night for two months! I have gotten less pimples though. try it
Sunscreen: All sunscreens are not created equal! Make sure yours is full-spectrum, and contains either zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, and preferably both. Ignore the SPF.

Super clean your hair: If you want to rinse your hair ENTIRELY clean of any build up or residue that you get during the day, use baking soda and shampoo. Mix them into a container and pour over your head. It works great. Mind your eyes though, IT WILL BURN!!!

Havent tried this one yet: To keep long/dyed hair soft and silky, apply liberal amounts of BABY OIL to your hair just before going to bed. Cover or tie up your hair and leave the baby oil in all night. In the morning, wash it out, shampoo and condition your hair as normal. Your hair will be beautifully silky and soft.

to get dye to stick really good, put it in your hair just before you go to bed, then put a shower cap on yer head and sleep with the dye in. when you get up wash it out like normal and it will be uber-vibrant. Also, to spike your hair REALLY well, use elmers glue (generic white glue works) and thin it down with alittle bit of water. Blowdry it as your putting it in, and when your all done, spray some aquanet hairspray too keep it nice and tidy. The glue washes out with normal water and shampoo, but if it gives you crap, try dish soap (like pomolive or whatever it's called) by the way, putting your hair up like this is a little hard on it, so i reccomend you don't do it every day, and when you do, leave it up for a few days (if you can stand it) because it really sucks having to wash it out every night...

some of these are good but in all honesty, the BEST thing you can do for your skin and in turn your body is drink plenty of water. I know a lot of people despise it and I used to really not be able to drink it but I started to force myself into drinking it and now it's just about all I will have. when I go out I'll drink something else but for the most part at home it's just water.

hahah I could never get used to diet soda, the only decent one I've found is that diet vanilla cherry dr. pepper, it's really good. but there's this stuff called aspartame in diet soda that's not really good for you. OOH it's on here but definitly SUNSCREEN! I can never stress that or the water thing enough. sunburn doesn't just do a number on your skin but it can dehydrate you, so make sure to drink extra water if you suffer a burn. regular sunblock is too greasy for me to put on my face so I use oil of olay's SPF 30 moisturizer, it's great. most are around SPF 15, this is the only high SPF, affordable moisturizer I've come across. I use SPF 50 because I'm really pale and burn I went to the beach for a day and despite being under an umbrella the entire day, I still burned but luckily it was just a pink-burn not an awful red one.
