Okay, now I know this sounds insane, but I've begun feeling things lately. When I dream, I see this strange figure, and when I'm touched, I actually FEEL it. As in, hand around my wrist. And when I'm awake, I occaisionally feel 'pressure' like I'm being squeezed. I've asked my Mom, and she says it's okay, but I'm worried that I'm losing my mind...

Dreams are strange things....never under-estimate their power...I'm now afraid of clowns thanks to one dream I had.
I wouldn't say you're losing your mind, this dream probably just has a big impact on you. It's difficult to say what to do because you can't control your dreams. The best thing while your awake is possibly just try not to think about it.

some ppl feel things in dreams as if they are real, its one of the reasons that our bodies totally relax when we go to sleep so that we dont hurt ourselves through what we are dreaming. I wake up often with bruises and sometimes i think a demon has been messing with me in the nite ( hows that for losing your mind!) My sis has dreams where she feels a person getting up off her bed and its so real it wakes her up. On another point it could be a spirit reaching out to you through your subconcious. But as for you losing your mind, your not, its all pretty normal, dreams are amazing things and judging by my bruises i must have a rare old time in my dreams!

1) you could be astral projecting / the persons hand could be your guide 2)when you are being squeezed how does your wrist/hand look? 3) trust your mum...she once told me she has a gift into people dreams as do you
I hope you feel sorted and better love!

I don't think you are loosing your mind. some dreams are realistic. so realistic that you believe them to be true. if you know for sure that someone is actually touching you then look at your wrist and see if theres anything there, or look to see if a person or spirit (if you believe in that) is there.
Sometimes what happens in my dreams actually happens in the real world while I'm laying there. for example, I've had the same dream twice of someone wrapping something around my neck and chocking me and i cant breath. both times I've had this dream I've either been at a friends or a friend has been over my place, and they've woken up in their sleep and found me choking myself with the bed sheet. One said i was talking in my sleep saying "please don't choke me, please don't, get away from me" etc. and the other time my friend was dreaming about me killing myself, and she woke up because of it, and found me with the sheet pulled tight around me neck and i was fighting for air, while pulling tighter on the sheet.
it's weird what our dreams can do. Have you spoken to anyone else about them? besides your mum and us at WTD? it could be a good idea so you can find out whats happening
