I hate it too...thats how my mom is...all she does is tell me to change or she doesnt know where she went wron even though im not trouble or anything..its not like i have any reason to sneak out or get drunk cos i havent got friends.... im not the kinda person who can say" screw em all" cos i dnot have a back bone....bleh welcome to the forum btw glad you came...tis inferno here, aka stephie   |

you know some parents seem to forget that just because we inherited their genes and DNA that we are to be exact replicas of them.. heh, go figure..

my mom is sooo oppisite of me. shes got too much intensity and energy and anger. im alot like my dad...we both forget things and are very ADD...my mom hates that im like him  |

My whole family tells me to grow out my bangs, The retards at school (other girls) tell me to be more girly I dont have to listen to them. Just saying it's annoying.

i sometimes wish people in my school critizised me...but they dont...they glare and treat me like a used...um...a dirty sock but they dont talk to me....its intimidating...so i dont talk to them oh wells |

I get that too, whatever I do, wear or say is 'satanic' or 'gothic', I don't even want to be goth! I just accept what they say, at least they aren't calling me a chav. I don't mind so much what they say, but when they start hurting people (me and my friends) that's when I hate it.
My mom just moans about expensive clothes and how fat I am compared to how she was at my age *Jeez, thanks mom >=(* Most of my family have gradually become more accepting.

I have to deal with it all the time! I have more masculaine than alot of girsl (except for collecting old barbies part). I dont like to wear dresses ( well except I want to dress up like a dead prom queen), wear tradiotianl make up, listen to alot of girl shows..that sort. Im more like a guy in ways. Its weird my parents haven't notices at all. * my dad is an abusive jack ass.. that is a long and private story*. Hell IM schizophrenci and has been disonsed that as crazy since I was 5. My mom is very very accepting of me. She even buys my clothes for me and always on the hunt for clothes I might like. I dont shop at Hot Topic type places because it isn't my style. My search for gothic clothing includes anywhere except stores like Amercrombie ..Yuck. I all I have to say is just be your self. Tell the others to screw it if they dont like the new you. Heck Im becoming a Priest....not many people in my family are not happy with that choice because of the religion thing.  |
