Today we went on a school Trip to Drayton Manor Theme Park. And while we were there, someone in my class (we're all 12 and 13) got Happy Slapped by a group of 17 year olds. For those who don't know, Happy Slapping is when you go in a gang, beat a random person up, or sometimes just punch them, while someone in your gang films it on a camera phone then sends it too their mates. When he came out of the first aid room his face was all purple and swolen on one side. It makes me so mad  Why would anyone want to do it? I'm so glad they caught them!! I hope they get more punishment than just being thrown from the park |

I guess we'll never really understand 100% why they like to do it so much... but that's all i can think of. i really hope the kid is okay! (and i'm so sorry if you thought i was laughing before, i really wasn't, it's a terrible thing to happen to anyone.  ) |

Well the good news is he was fine today, no terrible damage done by it. But i found out that my neighbours nephew is in hospital because he got happy slapped and they smashed his head into a bus stop window |

ok seriously, just reading that is enough to piss me the fuck off to the point where i start swearing like a hoodrat..
*calms down*
that is seriously messed up. to put it simply, when people enter gangs they do it because they are too cowardly to face their own problems by themselves.. they feel that they have a source of infinite power, when apart of a group and thus comes the mentality that they are invincible..
Short of Parents, and Grandparents for disciplinary purposes, NO ONE AS A RIGHT TO PUT THEIR HAND ON YOU.
That is incredibly fucked up that that happened to your friend and your neighbors nephew. I hope that they are ok.
