Good morning. Well I still havent fallen alseep I cant bring myself to think more than one word per minute so short email. Something really weird is keeping me anxious. its not even a feeling anymore. its my heartbeat and a little sound that I hear goint off with my heart at the same time as my heart but it doesn’t sound like how a heartbeat sounds. It sounds like a heart moniter. its crazy. RANT RANT RANT

dun worry that kind of stuff happens to me all the time. it really pisses me off becuz i cant go to sleep without figuring it out, but then i never find out anyway! it makes wanna scream!
