ok so i finally got to have my HK Penny (number 567/666) today and she is such a cutie... but i have a few questions to put to those who own her.

ok so here are my questions:
Is your HK Penny holding her Death Certificate? because mine was when i got her.

Did your HK Penny have an accessories because the collector's guide says she comes with a bloody hatchet but mine doesn't have one.

(I know that the accessories are usually under the cardboard lining but i checked under there when i opened her and it is definatly not there.)
